WELCOME TO PARMA

Land of culture and good food

It's easy to feel good in Parma and Emilia-Romagna.

Parma is a city of history, arts, music and sport. Founded in Roman times, between the Po Valley and the Apennines, it was a protagonist in great historical periods that shaped its architecture and culture in different fields: from the knowledge of the arts to the knowledge about good food.

Everything is remarkable, because that's how people are made in Emilia-Romagna. At the end of each straight, they see a finish line. After each curve, they get up on the pedals.

Parma is a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy.

The 8 Food Museums, Alma The International School of Italian Cuisine and the Food Valley production chain are located in the Province of Parma, from Prosciutto di Parma, to Parmigiano Reggiano, to Culatello, from pasta to tomato...
But Parma is also a city that has made cycling great: from the iconic figure of Vittorio Adorni, to teams like Salvarani and Scic, which dominated in their eras.

It’s easy to fall in love with Parma and Emilia-Romagna.
