ExtraGiro srl is company focused on event organisation, communication, production and marketing, in the cycling and cycle tourism sectors.

It has acquired the rights to organize the event owned by Aso called l'Etape du tour, which consists of a Granfondo with the Tour de France brand and a series of collateral events to transform the event into a party aimed at everyone and also featuring important social themes.

Our mission runs on two tracks: the promotion of the local economy through the valorisation of cycling and cycle tourism.

The company is set up as a Factory of people, products and projects that revolve around the bicycle, based in Parma.

Extragiro operates in a business network with

• Communication Clinic, a consultancy, communication, Media Relations and Public Relations company with over 20 years of national and international experience;

• Nuova Ciclistica Placci 2013 SSD arl sports company that has been promoting and organizing events for youth cycling for over 25 years,

Together they organized the 2020 UCI Road Cycling World Championships in Imola, 6 editions of the Giro d'Italia Giovani, the FCI Road Cycling Championships for Men (2021), Women (2022), Under 23 (2023) and numerous professional races and amateur events.
